• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Store is based in Tokyo, all international orders are okay!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  *UPDATE* Because of the corona virus, Japan Post has stopped international shipping to many countries including the United States. Please be aware of this when purchasing, as the new current shipping is more expensive.

• Will you be selling more of the same things in the future?

  Right now stock is very limited!! Any *ceramic* listed is one of a kind and will probably never be made again as I have no current access to a kiln.

• Do you have social media where I can stay updated on new things?

• Do you offer tracking with shipping?

  Currently Kuroneko Yamato shipping orders do include tracking!
